{"id":3094,"date":"2025-01-17T08:21:36","date_gmt":"2025-01-17T07:21:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/snowtraildogcamp.com\/?page_id=3094"},"modified":"2025-06-24T19:12:10","modified_gmt":"2025-06-24T18:12:10","slug":"tour-jack-london","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/snowtraildogcamp.com\/en\/tour-jack-london\/","title":{"rendered":"Jack London Tour"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Jack London Tour <\/b><\/p>\n<div><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>This tour is perfect for those of you who want to have a taste of a real arctic adventure yet with comfort, and big chances to see wildlife or admire the northern lights in the arctic wilderness, far away from any light pollution.<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>Duration\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div>4 days- we can agree on a pick up time.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><b>Program<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>Day 1:<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div>On the first day, our guide will pick you up at the Kiruna Airport or at your hotel in the city, we will then drive to the base camp in Moskoj\u00e4rvi takes about 45 minutes. When we have reach the parking lot in Moskoj\u00e4rvi we will go on a short snowmobile trip to the lodge about 3 kilometers.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>When we have reach the camp we serve you a warm cup of coffee\/tea, you will have the chance to familiarize with your guide, which will give you all the information about the trip and will be glad to answer all your questions.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>After getting geared up and saying hi to our lovely and super friendly dogs the guide will give you a short lesson, explaining how to drive a sled, harness a dog, and attach the dog to the line, and once all dogs are ready, we head out for a nice try-out tour that will make you familiar with the dogs, the sled and all the equipment.<\/div>\n<div>When we get back, dinner will be served in the common area in the lodge. After dinner it\u00b4s time to relax and chill.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><b>Day 2\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div>The day starts of course with a substantial breakfast in the common area in the lodge. After the breakfast you are more then welcome to come outside and assist or just watch the guides taking care of the morning chores in the yard.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Its now time to pack the sleds with all the food and equipment needed for the adventure and head out in to the wilderness! On this day we travel to our Two Rivers Camp through forests snow-covered swamps and across frozen rivers and lakes, we might have a chance to see the king of the forest and other wildlife.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><b>Day 3<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div>The first thing in the morning is of course taking care of the dogs and once they are all fed, it\u2019s time for our breakfast; after that, we pack our stuff and hit the trail and go back to Snowtrail, where we have an evening dinner and enjoying the big fire in the common area.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><b>Day 4\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div>It\u2019s the last day of our arctic adventure, and just like all the other days, we start it with a nice meal for dogs and humans.
