In the untouched nature of Swedish Lapland you can still get drinking water directly from the lake. People are rarely seen here in the middle of the wilderness. It is quite possible not to meet anyone for a few days. Thanks to the impressive phenomenon of the midnight sun - the sun shines here around the clock - it does not get dark. Ideal for observing and exploring nature and wildlife.

Programme details
Day 1 - Arrival We will pick you up at Kiruna airport and drive you to our camp in Moskojärvi. After about 1 hour drive by car to our parking lot, we drive the last 3 km by 4-wheeler to the camp. Arriving at the camp we are greeted by the cuddly Alaska Huskies of all ages and go on a little expedition through the camp. We satisfy our hunger with a tasty dinner.
Day 2 - First expedition in and around the camp Today we will take a closer look at the camp and the forest around the camp. There is a lot to discover and one or the other husky would certainly like to play with us. Towards evening we will all lay out the fishing nets on one of our many lakes.
Day 3 - Catch up on fishing Today we will start before breakfast. We have to bring in the laid out fishing net again. Afterwards we will have a rich breakfast before we learn how to take out and process the freshly caught fish. In between there is of course a lot of time to play with the dogs and if you like you can also go on a discovery trip with a dog.
4th day - Insight into Nordic family treasures
Today we go by minibus to Kiruna. We visit the small town and there is the possibility to shop in some shops. Also on the program is the famous ice hotel in Jukkasjärvi (Icehotel 365), which has been open during the summer for a few years. Not far away is the "Nutti Sámi Siida", a Sami camp with reindeer to pet and an interesting exhibition about the life of the Sami people, suitable for children.
5th day - Overnight stay in the wilderness Pure adventure is on the programme today. By boat we go to a nearby peninsula where we will spend a night in the middle of the wilderness, depending on the weather.
Day 6 - Discovery tour in the wilderness Today we explore the peninsula we are on. We have brought our own food, so we will certainly not be hungry. We can observe animals, fish, swim in the lake and much more until we are picked up again by boat in the late afternoon.
7th day - Hike to the Avvakko After a delicious breakfast, we will climb our local mountain, the Avvakko (approx. 400 m altitude difference). We pack some good sausages and make a campfire on the way to strengthen ourselves. On reaching the summit we are rewarded with a breathtaking view. Back at camp we can spend the last evening relaxing in the sauna, with a book or nice board games.
Day 8 - Departure Today it is time to pack your bags and say goodbye. After breakfast we will drive you by snowmobile to the parking lot and from there by minibus to the airport in Kiruna.
Notes
- If you wish, you can be present every day to take care of the dogs, go fishing at any time, swim in our house lake, use the sauna or go on a discovery trip with the dogs.
- Since our programs are dependent on the weather, we reserve the right to change the course of the daily programs.
- Prerequisite for the execution of the journey is the participation of at least 2 persons to a maximum of 6 persons.
